Trendy Twine - Happy Birthday Lesley

Hello! The Trendy Twine Design Team is joining in on a surprise post for Lesley for her birthday! Each of the design team members and our guest designers sent her some fun birthday wishes.  For my project, I created a card using the Doodlebug Hip Hip Hooray Collection.  I just love the bright and cheery papers!
I cut the card layers, circles and the tag using Gina Marie Designs dies.  The sentiment was stamped from the APB Smile stamp set.
A small bow in Totally Lemon Trendy Twine provided a fun accent on my tag.  A few enamel dots were the finishing touch.
Please head on over to the Trendy Twine blog to check out all of the design team projects and to wish Lesley a very Happy Birthday!  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!

Howdy from the Funny Farm

Hello! Today I have a card to share created with the Barn and Silo Die Set and Stitched Sky Die Set from Gina Marie Designs.  I started with a white card base and used my Distress Oxide Inks to create the background of my card.
The sentiment is from the Scrappy Mom Farm Fresh (retired) stamp set.  My card was finished off with a few scattered Tropical Island Enamel Dots
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a lovely day!

Many Thanks

Hello! Today I'm sharing a project created with the Momenta Gift Tag Kit.  This kit contains many of the items used on my project including the kraft envelope, doily and jute cording.  I punched out a tag using the Art-C "Love, Hello, Thanks" stamp and die set, it's the perfect sized tag for a hand written note.
I embellished my envelope with some ribbon and a couple of leaves from my stash.  The flower was created with the Momenta "Flower Punch and Stamp Set".  I added a wood button from my stash in the center of the flower.  The finishing accent was the "many thanks" sentiment from the Momenta "Thank You Words" metal stickers.
Thank you so much for stopping by!  Have a fantastic day!

Annie's Paper Boutique - Cup of Holiday Cheer

Hello! Today the Trendy Twine design team has a fun post to share using these adorable mini cups.  I covered my cup with some chevron papers and went for a snowmen theme.  The snowmen's faces were created with a circle shape and a hat, cut with a couple of basic dies.
I stamped the faces with the Peachy Keen Ornament Faces stamp set and colored them.  The snowman's hat and cup lid were embellished with some beautiful Cranberry Trendy Twine.
The mini tag was die cut and stamped with a sentiment from the APB Let is Snow stamp set.  I added a coordinating Trendy Page Dot to each of the tags.  The tags were tied to a paper straw with a bit more twine.
Head on over to Annie's Paper Boutique to shop for these products!  Also, don't forget to stop by the Trendy Twine blog to check out all of the design team projects! Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

Box of Thanks

Hello!  Today I'm sharing a decorated box from the Momenta Gift Box Kit.  I kept my kraft box in its original form and simply added a doily to the top of the box.  Next I wrapped the box with the gold chevron paper from the gift box kit.  The tag also came from the same kit and was stamped with a sentiment from the Momenta "Love, Hello, Thanks" stamp set.
I tied up my gift box with some ribbon and attached a tag with some jute.  A few fall leaves from my stash gave my box a fun finishing touch.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a spectacular day!

Oriental Trading - Place Setting

Hello! As we are preparing for the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday, Oriental Trading came to the rescue and provided the perfect supplies for my place settings.  Not only did I pick out all of these wonderful products to create each place setting, I will also be able to use the wood plank and burlap table runner on my table for a bit of rustic charm.
I gathered my supplies all from Oriental Trading, trimmed the burlap, folded it over and adhered it using the double-sided tape which created a nice pocket for my utensils.
The burlap leaf shapes were the perfect embellishments for my utensil holder and were adhered with some Glue Dots.  I created the bow topper with a pre-made burlap bow, some jute cording and a wooden button.  A few more Glue Dots on the back of the bow topper secured it on my utensil holder.
This was such a fun and easy project to put together.  I just love the rustic charm of the burlap products which can be found over at Oriental Trading.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a fabulous day!
This review is based strictly on my opinion.  I was provided the samples free of charge by Oriental Trading to provide my honest review.  No other type of compensation was received.  All ideas and opinions are my own.

Trendy Twine - Thank You

Hello!  Today I have a fall themed coffee project to share over on the Trendy Twine blog.  I'm a huge fan of iced coffee, however as soon as the weather changes, I immediately switch over to hot coffee. Annie's Paper Boutique now carries these fun Kraft Cup Sleeves which was the inspiration for my project.
I adhered some Fall papers to the Kraft Cup Sleeve and then die cut a decorative circle, heart, coffee cup and tiny spoon.  All of the die cuts were inked on the edges and layered.  I stamped a sentiment on the heart from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set.  I wove the Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Twine through the holes in the circle die cut and tied it off with a bow.
Head on over to Annie's Paper Boutique to pick up some goodies for those Fall projects. Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a spectacular day!
